More eclectic scenes of the capital as we approach Christmas. One welcome aspect of being British in recent years is that we’ve loosened up a bit as a nation; the idea of turning the pillars of the Royal Exchange into seasonal candy stripes would have been a definite no-no not that long ago.
I think my favourite is the “not to be moved” sign on a train at Waterloo. I’ve no idea what it is that isn’t supposed to be moved …
